For licensed mental health professionals
A seven-day retreat in Mizata, El Salvador, designed around the four weights your career has handed you. Held by four facilitators, each at the root of their field.
Most retreats for therapists address the obvious. Burnout. Compassion fatigue. Overwhelm. The words you've already used to describe yourself.
A long career in this work comes with costs nobody warns you about. Sovereign State was built around four of them.
Your nervous system has been carrying the work of self-regulation throughout an extensive caseload. Managing your own emotions to support everyone else is exhausting. It doesn't hit all at once. It wears you down slowly, until you feel like a different person.
This work has a way of taking over. Little by little, being a practitioner becomes all of who you are, and the rest of you gets lost.
Career, relationships, money, where your life is headed, all the big questions are sitting there unanswered. You spend your days helping others find clarity, but never yourself.
Even when you take time off, you don't come back recharged. Your body has lost the ability to genuinely rest, and a vacation alone won't bring it back.
This isn't about a diagnosis. These are real struggles the field hasn't named, so the standard advice was never going to reach them.

02 · What has not reached you
CE Credits
Taught you more skills.
But they only build knowledge — they don't touch what's worn down underneath.
Vacation
Gave you a break.
But it didn't change the stress your body is still holding onto.
Supervision
Helped with your cases.
But your cases aren't where the real weight is.
Personal Therapy
Happens one hour at a time.
What's worn down underneath needs more than a weekly session.
You've put a lot into solutions that never actually solved anything.
The money's already gone toward fixes that fell short. Sovereign State is the one designed to get to the root.

What comes back online when the weight comes off
This is why CE credit and vacation don't reach this. They are bolted on top of the work. These 6 Pillars are designed for the practitioner underneath the work.
04 · Who's holding You
We're not the names on the stage. We're the names that get them there.
Four facilitators, each a leader in their field. The experts you studied in your training reference their work. The people you listen to on podcasts have sat in their rooms.
